Fun with Washingtonpost.com comments
Gotta love Washingtonpost.com commenter klynch's response to Robert Steinbuch's lawyer Jonathan Rosen's comment:
Sorry dude, but your client should have seen this coming a mile away. Before you filed, did you at least try your argument out on a few friends to see how it would go over with a judge and/or jury? I have no idea what she wrote about your client, but can only assume that it was aembarrasing and btrue, or else you would be suing for libel instead of invasion of privacy. My advice - chalk it up as a valuable lesson that he should have learned when he was seventeen or twenty instead of now. Nine out of ten women are going to talk about what you do in bed with their girlfriends. Generally, the hotter they come, the more they talk, which is why you need to hold up your end of the relationship. What goes around comes around Granted, a blog is a little over the top, but cmon, he hooked up with a politico. At the office. Those are risk factors bro. Suck it up and move on.
