"Is Don'tdatehimgirl.com legal?" by Julie Hilden

I've liked lawyer/writer/Findlaw.com columnist Julie Hilden (whose novel I must take with me on vacation and finally read) since her column about Jessica Cutler and whether the Steinbuch suit is viable. Here she examines the legal repercussions of Don'tdatehimgirl.com. (What about the grammatical issues involved with apostrophes in URLs? I'm just copying it as I see it there, but I myself wouldn't use the apostrohe.)
